Phu Quoc Investment Development Infrastructure Corporation: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces the cancellation of shares auction of Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation in Phu Quoc Investment Development Infrastructure Corporation (PIDIC CORP) as follows:

        Until 16:00 on April 10, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction of the purchase of shares of Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation in Phu Quoc Investment Development Infrastructure Corporation. Therefore, based on Article 14 with Decision No. 163/QĐ-SGDHCM dated April 09, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation in Phu Quoc Investment Development Infrastructure Corporation, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
