Bamboo Capital and Thanh Vu Tay Ninh signed comprehensive cooperation agreement
Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) and Thanh Vu Tay Ninh (TVTN) have entered into a comprehensive cooperation agreement on December 25th 2015. The agreement will enhance concrete communication, collaboration and cooperation between BCG and TVTN.

Highlights include:
1. BCG and TVTN will fully and strategically cooperate in developing commercial activities, looking for potential business partners in order to enhance TVTN’s export capacity;
2. BCG will advise TVTN on mobilizing capital and M&A activities with other companies in the same industry in order to enhance the company’s manufacturing and capital capacity. Simultaneously, BCG will also assist TVTN in listing its stock on the stock exchange in 2016;
3. TVTN agreed to welcome BCG to invest in TVTN and hold more than 50 percent of the company’s shares in 2016.

About Thanh Vu Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company (TVTN) TVTN is one of the leading companies in cassava starch, cassava slide and other agricultural products manufacturer and trader of starch processing machinery. Currently, TVTN is the only company in Vietnam manufacturing cassava starch for export to Japanese market - on of the most challenging markets in the world. Total production capacity of TVTN is 50,000 tons per year with maximum capacity up to 180,000 tons per year; production capacity of modified starch is 30,000 tons per year with annual revenue of USD 15 – 25 million.
