          - Agenda:
+ Approve the report of the Board of Directors in 2019;
+ Approve the report of the Supervisory Board in 2019;
+ Approve the 2019 audited financial statements;
+ Approve the production and business results in 2019;
+ Approve the production and business plan for 2020;
+ Other issues.
      * Dividend payment in cash for year 2019:
          - Exercise rate: 7.5%/share (shareholders will receive VND750 for every share they own)
