Novaland Expo 2019 to feature a host of attractive events

A Vietnamese proverb says “buy salt at the beginning of the year, buy house at the end of the year”, which means buying salt will bring luck, making the buyer wealthy enough to buy a house.

The saying is clearly reflected in the busy nature of the property market in HCM City now, with demand up and many events being held.

One of the events expected to further heat up the market during this period is the Novaland Expo 2019 to take place in HCM City from December 4 to 8. This not-to-be-missed event offers visitors the latest news about the local market and conferences with leading experts in the real estate sector taking part.

Why is a second home a good choice?

During the five-day exhibition, a lot of useful information about investment and market trends will be shared by leading experts.

One of the hottest current trends, the second home, will be discussed at the exhibition.

Although the second home trend is still newish in the hospitality property market, in recent years the country has been listed among the 20 fastest growing second-home markets in the world.

At the expo, Novaland and other experts will discuss this trend.

All the latest trends and modern technologies to manage second homes will be discussed by experts from Savills Vietnam, OYO Hotels & Homes, Luxstay, and financial expert Hong Nguyen.

Green life — new rising trend

Green life is another new rising trend in the Vietnamese market including HCM City.

Based on this trend, consumers use organic foods, reduce plastic waste and join yoga classes or find a peaceful place for living near nature.

“How to ensure a green life near nature in big cities like HCM City?” This question will be answered at conferences titled “Smart property: Solutions to have peaceful life” and “Live clean and green.”

These two conferences will held at the Novland Expo and feature experts like Dr Ngo Viet Nam Son and cuisine expert Bui Thu Thao.

They will talk about factors that positively affect people’s daily lives and how to live a green life.

Luxury sports facility - new spice at the expo

To diversify the activities at the expo, the organisers will set up an entertainment and sports area to offer visitors some interesting experiences like golf training by professional trainers and playing golf on a 3D screen.

There will be attractive prizes like golf equipment, free voucher from Kho Thi Spa for lucky visitors.

A roundtable discussion on golf will be held with the participant of many experts. They will include Pham Minh Duc, the only Vietnamese member of the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) and a representative of Greg Norman Golf Course Design; beauty and nutrition expert Thu Hoai; Dr Alan Woong; and Hai Anh, a leading golfer.

Visitors to the sports and entertainment area will also have the chance to see a zeppelins.

GreenlinesDP express ship will bring customers to Novaland Expo from Bach Dang Station on Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City.
