Tap into the huge information flows at Novaland Expo in December 2019

Slated to descend in this December, Novaland Expo aims to bring customers a vast flow of information about the local real estate market through a string of themed symposia with the attendance of leading experts from across the board.

“At the beginning of the year buy salt, at the end buy a house,” this popular saying of the Vietnamese partly explains why people’s demand for real estate often skyrockets at the year-end period. In this context, the pipeline of projects and events that attract leading industry experts and offer buyers unique personalised experiences are the ones that must not be missed – and Novaland Expo is one of those.

Soaring preference for owning a second home

Despite its late presence, the second home model in Vietnam was ranked by the UK’s Telegraph as one of the top 20 markets worldwide with the highest second home market growth rate. The symposium “Second home investment and management on digital technology platform”, therefore, will surely be hot on the agenda at Novaland Expo.

With the attendance of representatives from Savills Vietnam – a leading real estate consultancy firm; OYO Hotels & Homes – the world’s fifth-largest hotel, housing, and living space management chain; Luxstay – one of the leading online room booking apps; and Hong Nguyen – a reputed financial investment consultant, the symposium will provide the participants a closer look at the development trends, and share valuable experience about second home investment and management leveraging disruptive 4.0 technologies.

Green living – a solution, not just a trend?

Besides paying attention to profitable real estate investment ventures, green living is one of the contemporary trends gaining customers’ affection in the previous years, along with the preference for using organic food or curtailing the use of plastic waste, among others.

More and more people are seeking a living space close to nature – but is it possible to live in harmony with nature in big metropolises like Ho Chi Minh City?

The answer will be given at the symposium themed “Smart eco real estate: sustainable living solution” and the panel discussion “Green living, clean living” at Novaland Expo. Particularly, industry leading experts like architect Ngo Viet Nam Son and style and food expert Bui Thu Thao will scrutinise the wholesome impacts of green living on people’s health and discuss the best green living method, and more.

New spice – elevating personalised experience with elite sports

Novaland Expo’s sports-entertainment area is poised to bring visitors a range of intriguing experiences.

At the golfing space, with support from professional guides, visitors will have a chance to enjoy this elite sport in various ways such as practicing golf outdoors and on a 3D screen. Notably, lucky participants will be given attractive gifts such as golf clubs and gift vouchers from beauty salon TMV Kho Thi.

The symposium about golfing will bring together top experts like Pham Minh Duc, the sole Vietnamese member of the US Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA), a representative from Greg Norman Golf Course Design, a nutrition and aesthetics expert from Kho Thi beauty salon, as well as doctor and international healthcare expert Alan Woong, among others.

Besides golf, the sports-entertainment area will also feature distinct activities such as balloon flying, definitely bringing unforgettable memories to visitors to Novaland Expo.

GreenlinesDP – a leading brand in waterway passenger transportation, will pick up visitors from Bach Dang hi-speed boat station at 10B Ton Duc Thang Road, Ben Nghe ward in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 to Novaland Expo’s venue.
