The Matrix One to be distributed to foreigners

On November 22, MIKGroup released a model apartment and signed co-operation agreements with distributors of The Matrix One project on Le Quang Dao Street, Me Tri ward, Hanoi.

The “star” of the My Dinh area, The Matrix One (which was named Golden Palace A) is owned by Mai Linh Investment JSC and was developed by MIKGroup.

The project sprawls on an area of nearly 40 hectares, including a 44-storey building, a block of five-storey shophouses, and a block of detached villas and four-storey houses.

Located on a golden land plot in the administrative-commercial centre in the west of Hanoi, as well as surrounded by key roads like Me Tri, Chau Van Liem, Le Quang Dao, and Thang Long Boulevard, The Matrix One has received a great deal of attention.

Additionally, The Matrix One is an outstanding project surrounded by schools, hospital, and My Dinh National Stadium. Especially, residents of The Matrix One will have a direct view to the F1 racetrack, which is an exclusive experience besides the outstanding living standards.

According to a MIKGroup representative, the developer also brings some practical facilities to residents like an air purifier system to supply fresh air into each apartment and pure water filtration system.

Therefore, all customers and clients at the launching event of the model apartment of The Matrix One are interested in the project and expected to be residents. However, there are only 700 apartments available.

The Matrix One’s apartment are in the price range of VND52-80 million ($2,260-3,480) per square metre (including VAT). Customers will be able to access special incentives from the developer MIKGroup and its partner VPBank, while residents will receive a three-year extension from management fees.

At the event, MIKGroup also signed co-operation agreements with some distributors of The Matrix One. Of these, Cenland, Newstarland, Hai Phat, as well as the group of Kien Hung, Vitalland, and Tan Hoang will take care of local customers, while VNK, Indochina Property, and Savills Vietnam will work with foreigners.
