Ceremony to honour winners of VIR's real estate poll

A ceremony to honour the 36 real estate projects voted by Vietnam Investment Review’s (VIR) readers will take place at 9 AM on March 28 at VIR’ headquarters, together with the seminar “Real estate trends 2019.”

Following the success garnered in the past four years, the organisers hope to create a valuable foundation to evaluate real estate products according to how customers see them,VIR’s poll recognises the efforts of Vietnamese real estate developers who not only aspire to reach the highest standards of modern architecture with each project, but also care about the smallest needs of every resident.

The poll included three categories, including green and smart projects, most coveted projects, and most opulent projects. The projects rewarded at the awards ceremony are the outstanding names in each category that have received 5,000 votes or more each.

Le Trong Minh, editor-in-chief of VIR and head of the Organising Committee, said, “The poll took place from November 20 to December 20 in 2018 on the online system including dtck.vn and baodautu.vn. Although readers only had one short month in the busy year-end period, more than 1.3 million readers took the time to "score" the projects. In particular, many projects surpassed the milestone of 100,000 votes.”

"Human-centric living spaces, respect for residents’ life, and community values are the trend of the future, as the beneficiaries of real estate products increasingly turn towards the value and quality of life. In this context, the race to become a popular project developer is not only about creating many projects, bt creating a civilised and sustainable life for residents as well as harmonious development for the community," said Minh.

This is highlighted through the names rising to the top and collecting the most votes from homebuyers and VIR readers – all market makers in their own segments, including Vingroup, Sun Group, Novaland, BRG, Dai Phuc Group, Phu Long Real Estate JSC, FLC Group, HD Mon Holdings, and Sunshine Group, as part of a long line-up of reputable names.
