Hongkong Land, Hoa Lam launch luxury residential project

Hongkong Land and Hoa Lam Corporation on March 26 announced the launch of The Marq, a luxury residential high-rise building in HCM City.

 

Located at a prime location in District 1’s Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, the development provides 515 opulent residences comprising one- to four-bedroom condominiums and penthouses.

The development will boast a comprehensive range of luxury facilities including a 30-metre lap pool, Jacuzzi, gym, private kitchen and dining area, children’s playground and a lush, landscaped garden located on the building’s panoramic rooftop, as well as an exclusive gated entrance providing residents with a discreet, private setting for their own community.

Properties at the Marq will be open for sale in the first half of this year.

Hoa Lam Corporation has been a major player in various industries including banking, healthcare, and real estate since 1988.

The Marq is Hongkong Land’s second residential development in Viet Nam.
