Vista Verde hands over units ahead of schedule

Units at the second phase of high-end Vista Verde are handed over two months ahead of schedule, according to Singaporean developer CapitaLand.

“By handing over residential units at Vista Verde and completing Faifo Lane, we believe that we can build a vibrant community in the Thanh My Loi area, similar to how we have transformed the An Phu area in District 2 with our project The Vista and Oxygen Mall,” said Chen Lian Pang, CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam.

First launched in 2014, Vista Verde is developed by CapitaLand Vietnam and its joint venture partner Thien Duc Trading Construction Co., Ltd. in two phases: Tower 1 and 2 (phase 1) and Lotus & Orchid Towers (phase 2).

Since July 2017, more than 80 per cent of phase 1 have been handed over to homebuyers. Currently, phase 2 of Vista Verde is ready for handover, way ahead of schedule.

Lotus and Orchid Towers are the most high-class residential towers where the majority of units have a spectacular view of the Saigon River and panoramic views of districts 1, 2, and 7.

In addition, each tower enjoys exclusive facilities, such as an observation deck and picnic lawn. A number of key tenants at Vista Verde’s retail mall, Faifo Lane, including Genshai supermarket, Family Mart, and Masstige café, have already moved in.

Comprising of 1,152 high-end apartments across four 35-storey residential towers with spectacular views of the Saigon River, Phu My Bridge, and the surrounding city, Vista Verde showcases lush green landscaping and features designed to bring a symphony of nature to residents.

Strategically located in the heart of District 2’s administrative centre, it is five minutes away from essential amenities. It is also 10 minutes from districts 1 and 7.

Vista Verde provides residents with more than 50 state-of-the-art recreational facilities and design features. In addition, Faifo Lane, a shopping town at the ground floor, provides residents with essential retail shopping at their convenience.
