Final chance to purchase your dream home at Diamond Island

Three months after the topping-out ceremony of luxury waterfront condominium Diamond Island phase II by developer Kusto Home, the remaining works, such as landscaping and facilities, are still under construction and are expected to be handed over to homebuyers in the third quarter of 2018.

No delay in construction works

Ho Chi Minh City’s lone island, Diamond Island, is abuzz with activity. The 42 amazing facilities, such as the 2,300-square-metre resort-style swimming pool, the 50-metre lap-pool, and the kids pool, have been well developed and getting attention.

Kusto Home are continuously working with the main contractor and other partners to accelerate the construction of landscaping, facilities, and condominium interiors to ensure that homebuyers can receive their dream homes on schedule.

Applying cutting-edge construction technology solutions, the project team strives to ensure the highest standards of construction quality, as committed to customers. All the apartments’ balconies sport luxurious glass surfaces, offering sweeping views over the Saigon and Giong Ong To rivers all the way to Ho Chi Minh City’s buzzing central business district (CBD).

While the project is nearing completion, the construction of Diamond Island Bridge spanning over the Saigon River, connecting Thanh My Loi residential area to Mai Chi Tho Steet is also on track. The bridge will help shorten the travel time from Diamond Island to District 1 to only a few minutes.

The bridge is still under construction but property prices in Binh Trung Tay and Thanh My Loi areas have recently increased by 14-56 per cent and are forecast to be on the upswing in the next 6-12 months.

A last attractive offer

Diamond Island is a pioneer of the luxury and green living trend in Ho Chi Minh City, with its unique concept of Luxury in Nature. Customers and property experts alike celebrated this architectural and landscaping masterwork when the Hawaii, Bora Bora, Bahamas, and Maldives towers were introduced. The project has sold 95 per cent of the units since the first tower was introduced last year.

Representing the best in high-class living for residents in Vietnam, Maldives is the only tower that features four-bedroom units with panoramic views on three sides, offering the breath-taking scenery of the Saigon River, Thu Thiem New Urban Area, and Bitexco Financial Tower rising in the background of Diamond Island’s resort-style natural landscape.

The finishing touches, such as kitchen equipment, air conditioner system and sanitary ware, were imported from Europe, along with the marble stone slabs decorating the living and dining rooms as well as the kitchen area. In addition, all rooms are kitted out with a concealed air conditioner system.

To show the highest appreciation to all homebuyers, developer Kusto Home will hold an event titled “Diamond Shine” on January 16, 2018 at GEM Center. Buyers making a purchase at Diamond Island in 2017 will be entered a raffle event to win a new Mercedes Benz E300 AMG worth VND2.8 billion.
