The Signature to be the symbol of Phu My Hung Midtown

Phu My Hung Midtown Complex is developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation together with three leading Japanese real estate companies. After two successful sales phases of the complex at the beginning of 2017, Phu My Hung recently launched the third phase. In this phase it will build a project called The Signature. Phu My Hung sets The Signature to be the symbol of the whole Midtown Complex.

It will be developed on an area of over 13,555sq.m. with 516 condos and 103 shops within M7A and M7B buildings, which will have 18 and 27 floors respectively. More than 70 per cent of the units will have 73-78sq.m with two bedrooms. More than 28 per cent will be 91-129sq.m and have three bedrooms. There will be two condos measuring 203sq.m and 259sq.m and with four bedrooms.

In the Phu My Hung Midtown Complex, The Signature will have a unique architectural design and color.

Truong Quoc Hung - Vice president of Phu My Hung Development Corporation, said: “The Signature is a challenge not only for us but also our partners in order to make it to be a symbol of Phu My Hung Midtown. Because of that, everything there like the design and amenities etc. have to look after carefully”.

Egg building will be built in front of M7A building. It will be situated in the center of Sakura Park with many entertainment services, infinity swimming pool and playing area for children.

In front of M7B building will be a small building called leaf-shaped building. This will be a place for food and beverage services. On top of that, the Sky Bridge will be built to create easy walking conditions for residents so that they can enjoy the beautiful landscape of Phu My Hung Midtown.

The most attractive feature of The Signature will be its amenities. There will be many unique buildings here such as a leaf-shaped building is designed specifically for food and beverage services. An egg building is constructed with an infinity swimming pool and Sky Bridge will connect M7A and M7B building with other ones.
