Serenity Sky Villas provides new direction for elite lifestyle

While there is no shortage of upscale villa projects for the elite in Vietnam, SonKim Land is the first developer to introduce sky villas in the heart of Saigon, where the space and grandeur of traditional villa housing meets the stunning panoramas and downtown location of a cosmopolitan penthouse. The new Serenity Sky Villas are a beautiful introduction to this concept.

Giving traditional villas a facelift

In the past, traditional villas only existed far from downtown Ho Chi Minh City due to space constraints. Homeowners were often left to their own devices when installing on-site security equipment, and the exorbitant costs required in tending to landscape design, gardening, and maintenance presented great inconvenience.

Thus, in an effort to better serve future villa owners, SonKim Land set a challenge for itself: bring traditional villas into the dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere of the city centre. After two years of research, the developer has launched Serenity Sky Villas, a 17-storey luxury project located on Dien Bien Phu Street in District 3. Bounded by Tran Quoc Thao and Le Quy Don streets, Serenity Sky Villas occupy an area famous for its old trees and charming French villas.

On a 1,505sq.m site, Serenity Sky Villas brings to life the possibility of luxury living in downtown’s District 3. Its unique concept offers an unmatched design which optimises green space and fresh air throughout each sky villa, from hall to bedroom.

Modelled after traditional villas but with a sophisticated, metropolitan twist, each Serenity sky villa boasts its own breathtaking balcony with a private swimming pool and garden. Intelligent design features such as the counter-current water flow of the swimming pool provide residents with not only comfort but also a spa-like atmosphere. Each private garden is comprised of trees reaching over three metres high, to create much-needed green space that shades each villa from the sweltering afternoon glare.

Indoors, rose-gold lifts lead to a private hall in each apartment, affording villa owners added privacy. Tall trees lining the path from the outer gate to the reception hall provide a rare, quiet atmosphere in the middle of the bustling city.

A seamless combination

Rising high above the surrounding area, the 45 sky villas of Serenity’s 17-storey building offer wonderful views of the city centre. With a double-height ceiling of seven metres, each villa provides residents a spacious and airy living space. From the master bedroom, villa owners can enjoy a romantic and peaceful view worthy of the Serenity name. The Juliet balcony, inspired by Shakespeare’s famed heroine, is a highlight of the villa.

Designed as a serviced residence, Serenity provides its dwellers with the most attentive service, including gardening and private pool maintenance.

The sky villas’ penthouse elevation presents a clear advantage over traditional villas, creating an abundance of fresh air in a downtown location. The design also optimises light distribution, bringing harmony to each room.

Other luxury services for villa owners include an on-site Japanese restaurant, which features fresh, Hokkaido-style dishes prepared by famous chefs. The generous penthouse swimming pool offers a stunning, 360-degree panorama of the city. Concierge services are also available to assist residents, and just to seal the deal, the lifts at Serenity are designed for Rolls-Royce cars.

With its unique design, Serenity Sky Villas breaks with the traditional definition of villa housing in Vietnam by rising above and beyond to create its own standard for the luxury real estate segment.

After successful projects such as Gateway Thao Dien and The Nassim, the new Serenity Sky Villas mark yet another unprecedented leap by SonKim Land in the luxury real estate segment, transforming not only the city’s most luxurious living spaces but also the lifestyle of the Vietnamese elite.
