Fuel price caps rise after latest revision

The latest government fuel pricing revision raised the price ceilings on fuel sold at all Cambodian petrol stations from August 22 through September 1.

Premium gasoline prices rose to 3,350 riel per litre, up from 3,200, while regular petrol is now 3,300 riel per litre, compared to 3,150 previously. The diesel price cap rose by 150 riels to 3,050 riel per litre.

Changes to the Kingdom’s fuel ceilings are made every 10 days as part of the government’s scheduled fuel price recalculation to respond to shifts in global oil prices.

Brent Crude Oil closed at $49.16 per barrel a day before the revision announcement was made.
