Novaland offers lucrative promotion for Madison
Giant real-estate developer Novaland has unveiled a special promotion for its new project, Madison, situated at 15 Thi Sach in HCM City's District 1.
After making a down payment of 30 per cent of the price, buyers can borrow the rest from a bank and not repay for 24 months. During this period, Novaland will pay the interest on behalf of the buyer.
Besides, the company undertakes to pay a lease of VND88 million a month for the first year.
It would be a limited offer, the company said.
Madison will be located at the corner of Thi Sach and Cao Ba Quat streets, a super prime location in District 1's cultural-administrative-economic centre.
Developed on an area of 930ha, the project is surrounded by many iconic places such as the Nguyen Hue walking street, the Opera House, and Park Hyatt and Caravelle hotels.
Despite being at the centre of the city, Thi Sach is a quiet, tree-lined road. Thanks to that, the project meets all the requirements of people seeking to invest in the property market or enjoy a luxurious life with all kinds of facilities including a swimming pool.
Experts said that the value of Madison will keep increasing since land in the city's central region is limited.
