The Hoa Binh Corporation has won an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract worth VND2.5 trillion for the Minh Khai-Imperia Sky Garden project in Ha Noi.

The project, funded by the HBI Joint Stock Company and developed by the M.I.K Group Viet Nam, is designed to have three basements and four 28-storey blocks.

Work is expected to be completed within two years.

Imperia Sky Garden is the second collaboration between Hoa Binh Corporation, HBI and M.I.K Group Viet Nam. The first one is the Imperia Garden Ha Noi being constructed in the capital city, which is scheduled to finish in May 2017.
