City Garden launches luxury condo sales

Property developer City Garden on Saturday said that the second phase of its City Garden project, which includes 318 luxury condominium apartments at the Promenade at City Garden, would be offered for sale beginning on December 12.

The apartment project is located on nearly 23,000sq.m of land on Ngo Tat To Street in Binh Thanh District.

Its apartments, ranging from 70 to 161sq.m, were designed by the renowned Australian-based architect Koos de Kiejezer from DKO.

The building is modeled after a contemporary ‘wave' tower design that enables good solar orientation, and maximises the benefits of daylight and sun shading while offering a stunning panoramic view of the city.

The company has allocated 70 per cent of its land for green space and support facilities, including a 50-metre free-form swimming pool stretching along landscaped gardens, a children's playground, swim-up bar, jogging path and others.

The tower gathers together the prestigious names of CotecCons, the builder; the Element Design Studio, a prestige landscaping design company from Singapore; and Mace, a leading management construction company from the UK.

As scheduled, finished apartments will be handed over to owners by June 2018.
