Sanctuary Villas Ho Tram to launch 2nd phase

Sapphire Vietnam is offering a 50 per cent discount on membership fees at The Bluffs golf course for anyone buying a villa in the second phase of the Sanctuary Ho Tram project during the Asian Tour Ho Tram Open Event from December 3 to 6.

Sanctuary was the pioneer of tourism development at the now-famous Ho Tram Strip, a clean, sandy coast between Vung Tau and Phan Thiet.

With the first phase almost entirely sold out, the developers are eyeing the arrival of many local VIPs, international visitors, celebrities, and world-famous golfers to launch 44 villas.

The first phase consisted of 28 luxury villas priced from VND11 billion (US$495,000) to VND40 billion ($1.75 million).

Second-phase prices start at VND6.9 billion (US$305,000).

A show villa is open.
