HDBank offers zero- interest home loan

HDBank announced last Friday that it will offer preferential loans to customers buying apartments at Block A of the Ehome 5 project in HCM City's District 7.

The loans will be given at zero per cent interest until December 31, 2015 or till the apartments are transferred to the buyers.

The customers can borrow up to 75 per cent of the value of the apartments, and the loan term is 20 years.

The preferential loan programme has been jointly launched by the bank and the developer of the project, Nam Long Investment JSC.

HDBank has reserved VND1.5 trillion, or $71.43 million, for funding the production and consumption activities of individual customers. It has also put aside VND5 trillion, or $238.10 million, to assist small- and medium-d enterprises.
