Index holds onto 6 days of gains as volumes rise
The market and EDL-Gen have noticeably trended up in the past (7) trading days. Investors however struggle to find BCEL volumes even above 7,400 kip with September 18's volumes under 2.5 K and the last (4) days aggregate at only 36K traded stocks.

EDL-Gen has a noticeable bullish swing to the upside with daily stocks rising in trades of 54K, 105K and 263K respectively. Both stock prices are in thin flat trading bands and encouragingly there's little to suggest they will stay at current resistance levels. EDL-Gen closed at 4,900 kip, BCEL down (-50 kip) 7,400 kip as the LSX index turned over 264,274 for 1,301,206,000 kip but lost a measly 1.02 points at a 5 day high of 1047.94 points.
