Fullerton Financial Holdings approved to increase share proportion in MDB

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 3844/NHNN-TTGSNH on June 25 to allow the Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH) to increase its share proportion in the Mekong Development Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (MDB).

Accordingly, the SBV Governor allowed FFH to increase its share proportion in MDB from 15% to 20% of MDB’s charter capital by receiving the transfer from the Tin Phat Fund Management Joint-Stock Company but the total share proportion of FFH and its related persons will not exceed 20% of MDB’s charter capital.

MDB and partners are responsible for the implementation of legal procedures related to the transfer of shares, information announcement and reports in accordance with the current regulations.
