A quiet Monday

It was a quiet day at the office on June 11. Yesterday saw a familiar and somewhat traditional slow start at the Vientiane Stock Market. After 4 sessions only 7,205 shares had traded for 48M kip.

By the close the index was out of sync with other Asean Indexes gains, when the LSX fell -8.49 points to 1006.77 points and signaling EDL-Gen had lost 50 kip to 4,850 kip.

The days turnover recorded only 9,885 stocks with BCEL remained unchanged at 6,900 kip.

• The LSX “Understand Capital Market and Accounting” seminar will be held on Wednesday on the 8th Floor Conference Room, Lao Securities Exchange... for more details and registrations refer to lsx.com.la.
