Ma San Group Corporation (HOSE: MSN) has announced explanation for profit after tax in quarter 4/2010 consolidation business result and parents’ business result increased 21.75% beside quarter 4/2009 as follows:

Quarter 4.2010 has changed of profit after tax compared with quarter 4/2009 because:

• Profit from goodwill in buyback Nui Phao Mining Joint Venture Co., Ltd VND1,615 billion

• The consolidation activities business results of Ma San Group Corporation, details profit after tax increased VND234 billion because market has introduced by the new products and the highest rate growth of instant noodles and salt water.

• The consolidation activities business results of techcombank in quarter 4/2010 VND100 billion because the strong development of the bank.

Business results in Quarter 4.2010 of the parent company has changed of profit after tax because expenses increased to the expansion of business activities and increase personnel.
