HOSE approved the listing of more than 111.4 million DatVietVAC shares on October 20. Based on an expected reference price of VNĐ54,800 per share, the media, entertainment and advertising technology company's market capitalisation is estimated at more than VNĐ6.1 trillion (US$233 million).
The company's recent initial public offering (IPO) attracted subscriptions equivalent to 106.6 per cent of the shares offered.
Most of the proceeds are expected to be injected into its subsidiaries, including approximately VNĐ528.5 billion ($20.2 million) for DatViet VAC Media and VNĐ36.5 billion ($1.4 million) for DatViet VAC Entertainment, to support their core business operations.
DatVietVAC has set a revenue target of VNĐ3.4 trillion ($129 million) and an after-tax profit target of VNĐ420 billion for 2026.
By 2030, the company aims to increase revenue to approximately VNĐ5 trillion ($191 million) and after-tax profit to VNĐ780 billion ($29.8 million).
Its long-term growth strategy focuses on expanding its intellectual property (IP) ecosystem, developing artists, expanding its concert business and commercialising content.
The company also plans to strengthen its direct-to-consumer (D2C) model and tap into the growing fandom economy to engage more directly with audiences, maximise IP monetisation throughout their lifecycle and diversify revenue streams.
As part of its international expansion, DatVietVAC is set to bring its Vũ Trụ “Say Hi” concert back to Las Vegas, USA, this November under a licensing model. HIEUTHUHAI’s solo concert, Mắt Nhắm Mắt Mở, is also scheduled to take place in Las Vegas during the same period, marking a further expansion of DatVietVAC’s solo concert business into international markets.
