This marks the third consecutive year the resort has been honoured by SpaChina for its excellence in holistic wellbeing. The award highlights the resort’s transformative wellness philosophy, a seamless integration of Vietnamese traditions, mindful architecture, and nature-inspired therapies at its renowned Heart of the Earth Spa.

Hosted annually by SpaChina magazine, the awards celebrate excellence and innovation across Asia’s wellness industry and are regarded as one of the region’s most respected benchmarks. This year’s ceremony took place in Suzhou on September 23, 2025.

Accepting the accolade on behalf of the resort, Spa Manager Oanh Ngo said the team was deeply honoured to be recognised once again by SpaChina.

She noted that it was immensely rewarding to see the care, creativity, and mindfulness invested in the Heart of the Earth Spa continue to resonate with guests and industry peers.

General Manager Marcel Oostenbrink also expressed his pride in the achievement: “This award reflects the dedication and passion of our spa team, who work closely with guests to foster a deeper connection with nature and restore balance to body and mind. From design to experience, wellness flows naturally throughout our resort, grounded in a profound sense of place.”

In recent years, Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai has also received other SpaChina accolades, including Best Wellness Concept of the Year and Global Spa of the Year.
