At the National Innovation Festival 2025, FPT Corporation reaffirmed its pioneering role in driving innovation and digital transformation, announcing strategic partnerships with Konica Minolta, a leading Japanese technology group, and the National Innovation Center.

The collaboration will focus on advancing healthcare solutions while strengthening Việt Nam’s broader innovation ecosystem.

Speaking at the National Innovation Policy Forum, FPT General Director Nguyễn Văn Khoa underlined innovation as the foundation of sustainable growth.

“Innovation is not bound by financial regulations – it is the soul of development and the most valuable intangible asset of every organisation,” Khoa said.

He reflected on FPT’s 37-year journey in embedding innovation as a core value. In 2025, more than 5,000 initiatives from FPT’s 84,000 employees across 30 countries generated nearly VNĐ800 billion (US$30 million) in cost savings, with strong contributions from operations, product design and sales teams.

Khoa said that Việt Nam must ensure innovation becomes a practical driver of growth, not just a slogan. This requires completing legal frameworks for emerging industries such as AI, semiconductors, logistics and high technology; fostering strategic links between enterprises; and strengthening domestic technology absorption capacity.

“Việt Nam has a special opportunity to reposition itself in the global innovation chain. With determination, supportive mechanisms and a culture of continuous creativity, we can absolutely become Asia’s creative technology hub,” Khoa added.

At the festival, FPT presented its Made by FPT technology ecosystem, demonstrating platforms and solutions applied in key areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cultural preservation, semiconductors and high-tech workforce training.

Through these initiatives, FPT reaffirmed its commitment to partnering with the Government and business community in building Việt Nam’s national innovation ecosystem.

The company continues to invest in R&D, nurture young talent, share expertise with SMEs and pioneer strategic technology projects to strengthen the country’s position in the global innovation landscape.
