AIRO links with MTV-TMS to support SMEs

AI Realities Joint Stock Company (AIRO) - a joint venture of KIDO Group Corporation and China's Yuguang Tongchen Company - and Hồ Chí Minh Minh Television's HTV Technology & Media Service Company Ltd (HTV-TMS) formally signed a collaborative agreement on Tuesday in HCM City, with the aim of providing comprehensive communication solutions to support businesses in their growth and expansion in the digital era.

The partnership is focused on assisting small- and medium-sized enterprises in establishing communication channels and enhancing brand visibility both locally and internationally.

Drawing inspiration from resolutions supporting private sector growth such as Resolution 68-NQ/TW, and breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation highlighted in Resolution 57-NQ/TW, the collaboration sets out to reshape and advance television by integrating AI technology.

This includes combining film production with cutting-edge special effects and modern AI technology.

As part of the cooperative efforts, the KIDO Group and AIRO will develop the production of advertising content utilising AI technology. They will create high-quality TV commercials (TVCs) at lower costs, providing a significant reduction in production time and expenses compared to traditional methods.

Meanwhile, HTV and HTV – TMS will serve as strategic partners, leveraging their diverse channel ecosystem to broadcast content, videos, and TVCs created by AIRO during prime viewing hours, with exclusive incentives for business partners.

In addition to supporting businesses in communication and marketing in the digital age, AIRO and HTV - TMS are also dedicated to advancing the cultural industry through the application of AI technology. This includes developing movie and television content that authentically reflects the national culture, and the remarkable capability to enhance and refurbish old films using advanced AI imaging technology.

Looking ahead, the two partners are planning to collaborate on upcoming film projects to assist in shaping the future of the Vietnamese film industry in the digital age.

AIRO is a joint venture between the KIDO Group and Yuguang Tongchen Company, a leading AI firm based in China. The entity operates with 51 per cent ownership by KIDO and 49 per cent by Yuguang Tongchen, with operations in both Việt Nam and China. Initially, AIRO engaged with strategic partners from China to explore and enter the Vietnamese market.

Trần Lệ Nguyên, chairman of AIRO and CEO of KIDO Group shared his thoughts on the collaboration, stating: “After establishing the joint venture, we received technology transfers from China and began to receive cooperation opportunities from various businesses. In alignment with KIDO's commitment to supporting SMEs to improve their communication and brand promotion, we proposed a partnership with HTV - TMS to merge the strengths of both brands and assist Vietnamese businesses in promoting trade and expanding their brand image rapidly and affordably."
