Sacombank rolls out $1.5 billion loan package with interest rates from 4.3% per year

The programme, which runs until December 31, 2025, features flexible loan terms and simplified procedures to help customers access capital quickly and efficiently.

For individual customers, loans are available for diverse purposes such as business and agricultural production, home purchase or renovation, car purchases, and personal consumption. Short-term loans carry interest rates from 4.8–6.5 per cent per year, while medium- and long-term loans have fixed rates of 6.5, 7.0, and 7.5 per cent per year for six-, nine-, and 12-month terms, respectively.

Borrowers can access home loans of up to 40 years with loan-to-value ratios on mortgaged property of up to 85 per cent and a maximum principal grace period of five years. Early repayment fees are capped at 1 per cent in the first two years and waived from the third year, while customers can prepay up to VNĐ100 million per repayment period without penalty, even during the grace period.

For corporate customers, Sacombank offers short-term loans with rates from just 4.3 per cent per year, along with medium- and long-term loans carrying fixed rates from 6.5–7.5 per cent per year. These loans are designed to support enterprises in expanding production, and upgrading technology, with priority given to sectors such as export–import, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, and the green economy, and those investing in infrastructure and digital transformation.

A Sacombank representative said: “The VNĐ40 trillion preferential credit package underscores our commitment to providing reasonable and timely funding for individual and corporate customers. Our goal is to help people, especially the younger generation, achieve home ownership and manage their finances wisely, while enabling businesses to reduce capital costs, expand operations, and enhance competitiveness.”

The bank added that it will continue to expand its financial solutions, strengthen digital banking experiences, and broaden its product and service ecosystem, reaffirming its commitment to supporting customers at every stage of development and contributing actively to the sustainable growth of the economy.
