The inauguration ceremony was attended by Huỳnh Văn Sơn, Vice Chairman of the Tây Ninh People’s Committee, together with representatives of local departments, agencies and business leaders from both Việt Nam and abroad.

Covering an area of more than 6.2 hectares, the Logicross Nam Thuận facility consists of three single-storey warehouse blocks, one of which is specially designed for cross-docking operations to optimise the flow of goods and improve operational efficiency.

The project is also equipped with a backup power generator to ensure uninterrupted operations.

A key highlight of the development lies in the use of high-quality materials and equipment with a strong focus on energy efficiency and environmental protection.

The facility has been awarded the LEED BD+C certification by the US Green Building Council, thanks to its application of LED lighting, water-saving equipment and a modern energy management system.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Huỳnh Văn Sơn emphasised: “The inauguration of Logicross Nam Thuận is not only a significant milestone for Mitsubishi Estate but also a driver for the logistics industry in Tây Ninh. Logistics is among the sectors the province prioritises for investment attraction, given its geographical advantages as well as regional and international connectivity. Tây Ninh will continue to support enterprises and create favourable conditions for the project to operate effectively and sustainably, thereby contributing to local socio-economic growth and competitiveness.”

A Mitsubishi Estate representative highlighted that Logicross Nam Thuận marks both the company’s first logistics venture in Việt Nam and an important step in its global expansion strategy.

The project is expected to serve as a model for the development of modern logistics infrastructure, enhancing the competitiveness of Việt Nam’s warehousing and supply chain services.
