Huawei Việt Nam has once again been recognised as one of the top employers in Asia, securing a double win at the HR Asia Awards 2025. For the second year running, the company was named among the 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia,' while also receiving the prestigious 'Tech Empowerment Award.'

The HR Asia Awards, organised by Business Media International, are regarded as one of the region’s most respected workplace accolades. Winners are selected through rigorous employee surveys conducted across 16 countries and territories. This year’s theme, 'Multi-Generation Synergy,' celebrated collaboration between different age groups within companies.

Huawei Việt Nam stood out for fostering a dynamic, inclusive and multi-generational workplace. The company was praised for offering competitive benefits, personalised training programmes, clear career advancement paths and international exchange opportunities. A particular focus was placed on connecting Gen Z employees with experienced staff through structured mentorship and cross-generational collaboration.

The Tech Empowerment Award recognised Huawei’s efforts to enhance employee experience and efficiency through innovative digital tools. These include AI-driven HR management systems, integrated data platforms, and virtual training technologies that support flexible working and streamline internal communication.

Having operated in Việt Nam for 27 years, Huawei has developed a strong, stable local workforce, grounded in its core values of customer focus, dedication, perseverance and self-reflection. Many employees have remained with the company for over a decade, highlighting long-term commitment and cohesion.

By securing both honours, Huawei Việt Nam reinforced its people-first philosophy, using technology not just for business growth but as a catalyst to empower employees in today’s fast-changing digital landscape.
