VPBank Securities (VPBankS) and FIDT Investment Advisory and Asset Management Company have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly develop in-depth personal financial solutions, in response to the increasingly diversified needs of the domestic market.

The agreement, signed on July 9, marks a significant step in integrating financial advisory expertise with service deployment capabilities and advanced technology platforms. Under the deal, both parties pledged to cooperate comprehensively in areas ranging from product development and investment experience enhancement to training activities and professional specialisation in personal finance consultancy.

The move comes as Việt Nam enters a new era of 'comprehensive wealth management', driven by rising demand from the growing middle class and high-net-worth individuals. The country is also emerging as an attractive destination for global elites, thanks to its stable political environment and rapidly expanding high-end service ecosystem.

FIDT is known as a pioneer in independent financial advisory services in Việt Nam, offering objective and methodical wealth management and financial planning solutions.

As part of its digital transformation journey, VPBankS has also introduced technology-driven solutions such as StockGuru — the first AI-powered stock investment advisory assistant in Việt Nam — designed to serve as a 24/7 expert for investors at all levels.
