Hubexo Asia Awards marks two decades of architectural excellence

The Hubexo Asia Awards 2025 was held at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel on June 13, marking 20 years of excellence in architecture and construction.

This year's edition welcomed over 300 guests, including developers, architects, contractors, and strategic partners, celebrating remarkable achievements and the industry’s continuous strides towards sustainable development.

Celebrating its 20th year, the Hubexo Asia Awards (formerly the BCI Asia Awards) remains one of the most respected honours in the regional architecture and construction industry. The event celebrates the most active and innovative firms, providing a platform for collaboration between industry leaders at both regional and international levels.

Organised by Hubexo, the event served as a platform for collaboration, inspiration, and long-term growth. This year's event granted awards to businesses in Vietnam's real estate market in various categories.

The Top 10 Developers Award recognises the most active real estate developers that have made significant contributions to shaping Vietnam’s urban identity through innovative, sustainable, and large-scale projects.

The 2025 awardees (in alphabetical order) were BRG Group, Frasers Property Vietnam, Gamuda Land Vietnam, Hoang Huy Group, Indochina Kajima Development, KCN Vietnam Group, Keppel Vietnam, Masterise Group, Sun Property Group, and Vinhomes.

Recognising creativity and innovation, the Top 10 Architects category honours firms that have shaped modern spaces and introduced new benchmarks for quality, sustainability, and user-centric design.

The 2025 winners in this category were Archivina Consulting, CUBIC Architects, GK Archi, Goome Architecture and Construction Development, HPA Design & Partners (Vietnam), INNO, MH Architects, and National General Construction Consulting.

Meanwhile, as the backbone of the built environment, contractors play a vital role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Top 10 Contractors Awards honour construction companies known for their performance, technical excellence, and commitment to safety and sustainability.

The 2025 winners were CDC Construction, Central Construction, Coteccons Construction, DECOFI No.1, DELTA Group, Newtecons Investment Construction, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation, SOL E&C Investment Construction, Tuan Le Construction, and Unicons Investment Construction.

A highlight of the 2025 edition was the debut of the Elite Awards – a tribute to companies that have been recognised 10 times or more over the past 20 years. These pioneers have demonstrated unwavering commitment to excellence and made a lasting impact on the industry.
