Coteccons again honoured at Hubexco Asia Awards

Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company and its subsidiary, Unicons Investment Construction Company Limited, have once again been named among the Top 10 Contractors in Việt Nam at the annual Hubexo Asia Awards.

Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company and its subsidiary, Unicons Investment Construction Company Limited, have once again been named among the Top 10 Contractors in Việt Nam at the annual Hubexo Asia Awards.

Now in its 20th edition, the Hubexo Asia Awards – formerly the BCI Asia Awards and organised by BCI Central under the global Swedish-based company Hubexo –are among the most prestigious annual awards in Asia’s architecture and construction industry.

In both years since the category was introduced in 2024, both companies have found a place in the top 10.

The recognition underscores Coteccons' relentless efforts in its journey towards becoming an "Industry Leader". It also acknowledges the rigorous standards Coteccons has set for itself – from technical excellence and safety to a commitment to sustainable development.

Over the years, they have delivered a series of landmark projects: Coteccons’ standout developments include the Pandora Factory, which achieved LEED Gold certification and runs entirely on renewable energy, the Suntory PepsiCo Factory; the Dung Quất 2 project for Hòa Phát Group, and the Sun Urban City residential complex.

Unicons has made a strong impression with projects such as the Apache Footwear Factory, PepsiCo Foods Factory, Hạnh Phúc Hospital designed under the “Hospital Without Walls” concept, and Tiến Bộ Plaza.

Commenting on the award, Coteccons chairman Bolat Duisenov said: “Coteccons and Unicons share a unified set of values. We approach every construction project with a strong sense of responsibility, strive for the highest industry standards, and always put people at the heart of our decisions.
