MoC, KoCham discuss investment opportunities in Cambodia

The Ministry of Commerce (MoC) and Korean Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (KoCham) Monday held talks over investment opportunities in the Kingdom.

The Commerce Ministry side was headed by Under Secretary Chhor Sunhong while the KoCham delegation was led by its Chairman Kio An.

According to a statement issued by the Commerce Ministry on Tuesday, the meeting focused on Korean investment opportunities in Cambodia, exchanging insights, and sharing the progress of collaboration between Cambodia and Korea, with the aim of strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

KoCham is a non-profit voluntary membership organisation comprising Korean businessmen in the Kingdom with an objective towards promoting the business and economic environment of the country.

It was established in the year 2007 and since then has extensively contributed towards boosting bilateral economic ties between Cambodia and South Korea.
