The Việt Nam Warehousing & Automation Show 2025 (VWAS) will be held from May 21 to 23 at the WTC EXPO International Exhibition Centre in Thủ Dầu Một City, Bình Dương Province.

This is a major industry event in the field of logistics, warehouse infrastructure and automation technology. The exhibition aims to meet this growing demand, providing a practical trading platform to help businesses access advanced solutions in smart warehouse management, operational automation, goods handling and storage, intra-logistics and supply chain technologies.

It is expected to gather over 200 top suppliers from Việt Nam and across Asia. Of these, about 80 per cent will be domestic enterprises and 20 per cent will be international companies from key markets including China, India, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong (China).

VWAS 2025 anticipates welcoming over 8,000 professional buyers from sectors including retail, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, food and pharmaceuticals. Exhibitors will showcase over 2,000 modern products and technological solutions for warehousing, handling and transportation operations.

A key highlight of the exhibition is the business match programme, designed to connect suppliers with potential buyers. More than 1,000 business meetings are scheduled to take place during the event.

VWAS will also host a series of seminars featuring leading experts in logistics, automation and supply chains. Topics will include emerging trends and challenges in warehousing and automation across Asia, automation solutions for warehouse and order processing management, and AI and robotics applications in logistics.

VWAS 2025 will be held concurrently with three other specialised exhibitions - the Cold Chain & Refrigeration Exhibition 2025 (CO-REF), Smart Delivery Việt Nam 2025 (SDV) and Viet Cargo Expo 2025 (VCE).
