Twenty-three export businesses from the Jeonnam and Chungbuk provinces of South Korea will visit Hà Nội and engage in direct trade meetings with Vietnamese importers on March 13 at the Lotte Hotel.

This marks the first Korea-Việt Nam trade networking event of 2025 organised by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA Hanoi).

The event will bring together reputable South Korean exporters showcasing high-quality products across various sectors, including cosmetics and personal care, fresh fruit and fruit-based beverages, food and functional foods, fertilisers, automotive parts and construction finishing materials.

Many of these products are already widely exported to international markets, underscoring their global appeal.

To maximise business opportunities, KOTRA Hanoi has pre-arranged 150 one-on-one business meetings to match the specific needs of businesses from both countries, paving the way for new trade partnerships and strengthened economic ties.

The Việt Nam-South Korea comprehensive strategic partnership continues to thrive, driven by strong economic, trade and investment ties. In 2024, bilateral trade reached US$81.5 billion. South Korea has invested in over 10,000 projects in Việt Nam, with total registered capital exceeding $92 billion.
