To be based in HCM City, her appointment reinforces JLL’s longer-term ambitions and ongoing commitment to Việt Nam as a key market within its broader Southeast Asia growth strategy.

She will assume responsibility for JLL’s entire operations in Việt Nam, with oversight for business lines, balance sheet, development and execution of strategy and advisory, and support for clients in navigating the country’s dynamic real estate landscape.

She will also retain her current role as head of research and consultancy.

She has extensive experience in the real estate industry and has been at JLL since 2016.

“Việt Nam is one of the most important and exciting real estate markets in Southeast Asia, offering diversified opportunities for investors and businesses,” Michael Glancy, managing director, JLL Thailand, Việt Nam, Indonesia and Philippines, said.

“Trang’s leadership and deep market knowledge will be instrumental in helping JLL and our clients achieve success in this rapidly evolving landscape.”

Trang is widely recognised for contributing to key real estate discussions and market insights at both JLL-hosted and external forums.

In her new role, she will work closely with JLL’s Southeast Asia leadership team to enhance cross-border collaboration, underscoring the firm’s standing as a trusted partner for investors, occupiers and developers looking to set up and expand in Việt Nam.
