According to MPE, this event not only represents innovation and growth but also reinforces the company's commitment to building a sustainable development foundation, closely linked with social responsibility and environmental protection.

Nguyan Tam Manh, the company's CEO, stated: "Digital transformation is a right - Green transition is a responsibility."

This is not just a goal but a core principle in the company’s transformation journey over the five-year period from 2020 to 2025.

Digital transformation: Catalyst for operational efficiency

MPE has heavily invested in digital technology to optimize management and production operations, particularly by implementing the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

This advanced ERP solution integrates finance, sales, manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain management into a unified platform.

The entire production process – from raw material intake, storage, and transportation to assembly and packaging – is automated with modern robotics, enhancing productivity, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Additionally, the company applies various digital technologies to support business operations:

* Intelligent Warehouse Management System (Infor WMS): Optimizes logistics, storage, order picking, packaging, and delivery using IoT and QR code technologies. This system enables real-time inventory tracking, process automation, and improved efficiency.

* Human Resource Management System (Diginet HRM): Not only enhances workforce management but also records contributions, supports skill development, and fosters innovation. Performance evaluation tools, goal tracking, and feedback systems help MPE create a modern work environment that maximizes employee potential.

* Customer Relationship Management System (Getfly CRM): Monitors, manages, and optimizes customer experiences throughout their entire journey, from initial interaction to after-sales service.

* E-commerce and Social Media Expansion: MPE expands its presence on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop while leveraging Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube for brand-building, livestream sales, and customer engagement.

* Cmobile: A solution that optimizes production, quality control, and equipment maintenance directly from mobile devices. It synchronizes real-time data with the ERP system to ensure flexible and accurate operations.

* Business Intelligence Reporting: Provides real-time business data visualization with dynamic dashboards, helping track performance and make data-driven decisions. This system facilitates fast and accurate strategic planning based on scientific analysis.

* Centralized Server System: Connects distribution centers nationwide, enabling real-time management and improving supply chain efficiency – a crucial step in the digital transformation journey.

* Data Security: The company employs advanced security technologies such as Symantec Security and Kaspersky, combined with backup mechanisms to ensure comprehensive data protection and secure transactions.

Beyond data connectivity, MPE also enhances user experiences by integrating online platforms with smart living spaces, where all devices cater to user needs.

MPE Smart Control

MPE Smart Control offers a flexible and convenient way to manage smart devices, allowing users to operate them remotely, use voice commands, or set personalized schedules.

The system is compatible with electrical devices, smart appliances, lighting systems, and renewable energy solutions.

Devices can function automatically based on preset scenarios or be controlled from anywhere, optimizing efficiency and creating a modern, safe, and intelligent living space.

Additionally, Dialux software supports lighting system simulation and design according to international standards, optimizing brightness, light distribution, and energy efficiency for various spaces.

This ensures that MPE delivers high-quality lighting solutions that align with modern and safe design trends.

Green Transition: Building sustainable ecosystem

According to MPE, a major milestone in its development journey is the launch of a smart factory, which is built and operated following strict environmental and energy-saving standards of certified LEED Gold V4 by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Energy Efficiency: A 3MWp rooftop solar power system supplies electricity for all production and business activities, reducing operational costs and cutting approximately 3,556 tons of CO₂ annually.

Water Conservation: A rainwater collection system combined with drip irrigation for green areas and water-saving sanitary equipment helps reduce water consumption by over 45 percent.

Optimized Lighting and Airflow: Glass installations provide 65 percent natural lighting in workspaces, while an active ventilation system increases airflow by 30 percent.

Energy-Saving Lighting: 100 percent of the factory’s lighting system uses LED lights, enhancing lighting efficiency and reducing power consumption.

Commitment to sustainable future

With 25 years of growth and development, MPE aims to build a strong and sustainable enterprise.

The company is investing in four key product categories: electrical equipment, lighting solutions, smart electrical devices, and renewable energy – all sectors with high growth potential and strong market demand.

MPE's nationwide distribution network includes five logistics centers across northern Vietnam, central Vietnam, the Central Highlands, the Mekong Delta, and Ho Chi Minh City.

The company collaborates with 63 distributors and 5,000 retailers, ensuring fast product delivery to consumers.

Digital transformation drives MPE's rapid growth, while green transformation ensures its sustainable development.
