Pebsteel building towards a sustainable future

Pebsteel has been on a journey to build impressive projects around Vietnam and the world over the past three decades. No matter how challenging the undertaking is, Pebsteel offers its clients outstanding quality in the shortest construction time and on budget.

Pebsteel building towards a sustainable future

Pebsteel is up-to-date on the trend for green industrial property and sustainable development from foreign investors and has completed a series of rental warehouse and workshop projects in industrial zones (IZs). The process from design, to execution and installation is fully planned while materials are carefully selected to the highest standards, bringing harmony and optimisation in both function and design.

Examples include a series of ready-built workshops and warehouses for KCN Vietnam in Ho Nai IZ in Dong Nai, DEEP C I Z Complex in Haiphong, Phu An Thanh IZ in Long An, BW Bau Bang high-quality workshops for lease, and SLP Park Binh Minh's modern warehouses with total rental area up to 29,000 square metres in Binh Minh IZ in Vinh Long.

Pebsteel has worked with customers in many industries such as oil and gas, automobiles, food and beverages, transportation, and distribution. Projects include the first and still largest build-operate-transfer thermoelectric plant using pulverised-coal-fired boiler at Mong Duong 2, and VinFast's manufacturing complex in Haiphong. The 200,000-square metre plant was completed within five months.

Pebsteel continues to make achievements with commercial buildings such as Aeon Mall and the Vietcombank Tower in Ho Chi Minh City.

To meet the high demand of its customer network across 50 countries, Pebsteel has built six factories in Vietnam and one in Myanmar with a capacity of over 100,000 tonnes of steel per year and steel stock of up to 15,000 tonnes. From its first headquarters in Vietnam, Pebsteel has expanded to 12 sales offices in six Southeast Asian countries and an extensive partner network in Africa and the Middle East.

Pebsteel’s construction capacity has been shown in over 6,000 projects around the world. Some of Pebsteel’s outstanding international achievements include a Cainiao smart warehouse logistics centre in Indonesia; a Unilever palm oil refinery in Indonesia; and a more-than 1km-long warehouse in Thailand. In the Philippines, Pebesteel has built a 14-storey office building, a dome-roofed leisure and entertainment resort in Manila; a 128m wide aircraft hangar; and most recently, a commercial and residential complex consisting of three 19-storey towers covering 111,000sq.m.
