Nam Long Group hands over keys to Akari City Phase 2

Nam Long Group began handing over more than 1,600 apartments in Akari City Phase 2 in Ho Chi Minh City from October 27, welcoming thousands of new residents to start a new life in the so-called 'City of Light'.

Akari City Phase 2 includes four towers providing more than 1,700 apartments and commercial service apartments. The project was completed on schedule after starting construction in 2022.

The project was developed by Nam Long Group, an investor with more than 32 years of experience, in cooperation with two Japanese partners with more than a century of experience - Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad.

Thuy Linh, one of the early buyers, said the residents receiving keys for the first time feel satisfied and happy.

"The investor is reputable, the construction and handover process have all been on schedule, just in time for us to complete our dream home before the new year. Our family has been assured by the prestige of Nam Long Group," said Linh.

Minh Tuan, another buyer whoe expectations of a convenient living space for the whole family were met, is planning to move into his new apartment before the end of the year."I decided to buy an apartment in Akari City because of its location on Vo Van Kiet street, as it is convenient for commuting and an ideal environment for our children. When I received the apartment today, everything was perfect, and I am very satisfied," said Tuan.

Akari City Phase 1 was handed over at the end of 2021 and is currently home to nearly 2,000 families. The investor has also handed over apartment ownership certificates to residents.

Nam Long Group has developed 11 urban areas in six provinces and cities, bringing homes to more than 31,000 families.

With the on-time handover of Akari City Phase 2, Nam Long has lived up to its reputation and potential to implement the project on time while delivering a quality living environment to international standards for Vietnamese people.

Further to the Akari City handover, Nam Long accelerated the implementation of several large-scale integrated urban area projects in the last quarter.

Specifically, the next phase of Park Village and The Aqua of Waterpoint project in Long An province) and the 'town house' and 'villa' products of phase 1 of Izumi City in Dong Nai province.

The investor is also set to introduce more than 270 land plots and ready-built commercial 'town houses' in Nam Long II Central Lake in Can Tho city.
