As CLD’s third project ground-breaking in 2024, The Senique Hanoi is a pivotal step in the company’s long-term commitment to expand its residential portfolio to 27,000 units by 2028.

Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), said: “The ground-breaking of The Senique Hanoi today is more than just the start of a new project—it underscores CLD’s deep-rooted commitment to driving Việt Nam’s urban transformation.”

In 2024, CLD has broken ground on three major developments: Sycamore, Lumi Hanoi, and The Senique Hanoi, he said, adding that together, these projects boast a total gross development value exceeding S$2.6 billion (US$2 billion).

“This has reflected our confidence in Việt Nam’s growth potential. The Senique Hanoi represents a significant step forward in our commitment to expand our residential portfolio to 27,000 units by 2028,” he said.

Located in the vibrant East of Hà Nội , The Senique Hanoi spans 2.1 hectares and boasts a projected gross development value of S$600 million ($457 million). Slated for completion in 2027, the development offers excellent connectivity to major road networks and upcoming Metro Lines 1 and 8.

The project’s ‘East meets West’ design integrates contemporary architecture with cultural heritage, drawing inspiration from traditional bamboo weaving patterns woven throughout the project’s design.

The Senique Hanoi is comprised of approximately 2,150 units across three 37-storey towers.

CapitaLand Development (CLD) is the development arm of the CapitaLand Group, with a portfolio worth S$21.3 billion as of June 30, 2024.
