Networking events for real estate investors held in Ho Chi Minh City

Several international real estate investment and networking events were held in Ho Chi Minh City from October 7-11.

The five-day series was hosted by Keller Williams Vietnam (KW Vietnam), in collaboration with the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals (VNARP) and the Global Vietnamese Business and Investment Organisation (VBI Global) and attracted 200 international finance and investment experts from the US, Japan, South Korea, and across Southeast Asia.

The events included the two-day '1000CEO' event on October 8-9, co-hosted by PDCA Business School, with the participation of over 2,000 Vietnamese business owners, where attendees witnessed discussions focused on cooperation and investment opportunities with a particular emphasis on connecting with the overseas Vietnamese community in the US.

Key activities during the event included property tours, business and real estate conferences, investment exhibitions, investment roundtables, local real estate tours with international experts, and a charity golf tournament.

Vinhomes joined the event as a Summit Partner, aiming to expand its international collaboration network and reaffirm its leading position in Vietnam’s real estate industry.

The largest real estate developer in Vietnam is the first developer to have delivered homeownership certificates to foreigners after a period of market suspension and provides special support to facilitate overseas Vietnamese home purchases with simplified legal procedures.

The event series also provided an opportunity to discuss how international investors conduct transactions with real estate projects amidst the new Real Estate Law of Vietnam.

The event saw the collaboration of major Vietnamese brands, such as Vietnam Airlines, Vinhomes, Phu Thai, and many others, along with several major US brands.

The series is expected to have created new connections, fostering bilateral cooperation between business and investment communities, creating a new wave of investment in the Vietnamese real estate market from more than two million Vietnamese residing in the US.

KW Vietnam is the exclusive representative of Keller Williams in Vietnam, one of the world’s largest real estate corporations headquartered in the US, with over 200,000 agents operating in more than 60 countries and handling approximately 1.5 million real estate transactions annually with an annual revenue of around $500 billion.
