According to the social media trend measurement platform SocialTrend, discussions about the iPhone 16 exploded immediately after delivery events organized on Friday by Apple’s authorized retailers, including TopZone, Shop Dunk, CellphoneS, and The Gioi Di Dong.

The peak reached an impressive 123,030 discussions and 579,500 interactions.

In just over 12 hours from midnight to noon on Friday, the iPhone 16 became the hottest topic on social networks.

TikTok emerged as the leading platform, accounting for 73.8 percent of all discussions related to the iPhone 16.

Many TikTok content creators, including Duy Luan De Thuong, Ngo Duc Duy, and Dang Nam Hai Trieu, captured attention with their unboxing videos, reviews, and comparisons of the iPhone 16 with other models.

Popular keywords in these discussions included “iPhone 16 Pro Max,” “Desert Titanium,” “Apple Intelligence,” “camera control button,” and “screen size.”

These are key features of the iPhone 16 driving curiosity and interest among the online community.

Under the review videos, users shared a range of opinions.

“If you want to buy one, choose the 16 Pro Max,” one advised.

“The color resembles the golden hue of the iPhone 11 Pro Max,” another commented.

“The camera control button has been improved,” another comment reads.

“That button prevents buyers from using a case,” a user complained.

While some debate the lack of significant innovations compared to the iPhone 15, the appeal of the iPhone 16 remains undeniable.

Previously, during the launching day in Ho Chi Minh City, hundreds of eager customers, including those from neighboring provinces and even abroad, stayed up overnight from Thursday to Friday morning to be among the first to purchase the iPhone 16.

Despite the official launch at 0:01 am Friday, many arrived at stores as early as 9:00 pm on Thursday to secure their place in line.
