The SME clusters will be based in Vĩnh Thạnh District and Quy Nhơn City.

The construction of the cluster in Vĩnh Thạnh District is Phase 3 of the Tà Súc Industrial Park development plan.

It will be built on a total land area of 35 hectares, at the cost of VNĐ187.7 billion (US$7.6 million), of which VNĐ133 billion is building funding, while the remainder is compensation cost for land clearance.

The establishment in Quy Nhơn City will be an expansion of the Bùi Thị Xuân cluster.

It will be built on an area of 18.4 hectares at the cost of VNĐ85.3 billion ($3.5 million), including VNĐ133 billion for construction, while the remainder will cover land clearance compensation costs.

The two new clusters will be equipped with efficient operations systems such as an internal transport system, water supply and drainage, power supply, waste collection and treatment.

They aim to attract SMEs, cooperatives and production units.

Priority will be given to those that relocate from the surrounding areas of Quy Nhơn City and those located in the residential areas of Vĩnh Thạnh District whose production is causing, or at the risk of causing, environmental pollution.
