CapitaLand Development welcomes new homeowners at Heritage West Lake

CapitaLand Development (CLD) has announced the handover of apartments at Heritage West Lake, its first luxury residential development in Hanoi.

This year, CLD has handed over two residential developments to homeowners, reaffirming its commitment to the timely delivery of quality homes.

The development offers a range of apartments, from two- to four-bedroom units, as well as premium duplexes and penthouses. Sizes vary between 94 and 328 square metres, with a ceiling height of around 3m. The apartments are the first in Hanoi to feature premium brands such as Gaggenau, Gessi, and Poggenpohl.

Co-developed by CLD (Vietnam) and Hien Duc Group, the 25-storey Heritage West Lake is one of three towers within an integrated development that includes commercial office and retail spaces.

Residents at Heritage West Lake can indulge in spectacular waterfront views of West Lake, the Red River, and the vibrant cityscapes of Hanoi. Inspired by the legends of West Lake, Heritage West Lake offers an exceptional living experience, featuring extensive landscaping with a captivating maze garden.

Heritage West Lake boasts over 40 top-class facilities and features, making it a premier residential development in Hanoi.

It is the first development in the city to offer private lift lobbies, enhancing the sense of privacy, security, and luxury for its residents.

It also introduces Hanoi’s first 50m outdoor heated infinity pool. Other facilities include a sunbathing deck, a sky bar, a sky wine and cigar lounge on the top floor, a shaded cave pool, and jacuzzis.

Residents will be welcomed by a luxurious double-volume grand lobby and can socialise at the exclusive residents’ lounge. Families with children will appreciate ‘Little Wonderland’, a 500-sqm outdoor playground and garden and ‘Dream Land’, an indoor play area.

Alwin Low, general manager, North Vietnam of CLD, said that Heritage West Lake exemplifies a commitment to creating exceptional living spaces.

Besides the Residential Tower, the integrated development at Heritage West Lake also features the 202-unit SOHO @ Heritage West Lake, CLD Vietnam’s first Small Office Home Office (SOHO) project, and the Office Tower.

The SOHO units, offering versatile living and working spaces, are set to be handed over this month, following an impressive market debut where all units were fully booked at the exclusive launch event.

Meanwhile, the Office Tower is attracting interest from businesses due to its modern facilities and strategic location in Hanoi’s vibrant West Lake district. It recently became the first office building in the city to achieve the prestigious WELL Precertification, reflecting CLD's commitment to sustainability and creating environmentally friendly spaces for the future.

Situated in Hanoi’s prestigious Tay Ho District, Heritage West Lake is close to the city’s old Central Business District (CBD) and is just a 20-minute drive to Noi Bai International Airport.

CLD is the development arm of the CapitaLand Group, with a portfolio worth S$21.3 billion as of June 30. CLD’s well-established real estate development capabilities span across various asset classes, including integrated developments, retail, office, lodging, residential, business parks, industrial, logistics, and data centres.

CLD (Vietnam) oversees and grows CLD’s investment and development business in Vietnam, one of CLD’s core markets where it has built an extensive presence over 30 years. CLD (Vietnam)’s portfolio includes one SOHO development, two integrated developments, and over 18,000 quality homes across 18 residential developments.
