Marriott Residence owners in Grand Marina, Saigon receive ownership certificates

On June 28, Masterise Homes held a ceremony to hand over the first ownership certificates to homeowners at Marriott Residences, Grand Marina Saigon, Lake.

 

Marriott Residences, Grand Marina Saigon, Lake officially opened on November 20, 2023, making it the first tower to be completed in the masterplan developed by Masterise Homes. The handover ceremony of the ownership certificates, also known as pink books, confirmed the legal ownership of residence- owners, and underscored the project’s legality as well as the developer's reputation.

Grand Marina, Saigon is located at the heart of District 1, boasting an amazing view of the Saigon River, the Botanical Garden, and the city center. Its prime location is not only sought after because of easy access to the center business district but also historically significant due to 200-year history of the site which is previously the Ba Son shipyard.

Backed by Marriott, the quality of design, construction, and finishing of Marriott residences in Lake, Grand Marina, Saigon, combined by the wonderful hospitality of Marriott hosts, and a prime location in District 1, contributes to the timeless values of the residences, which is further enhanced and increased following the handover of the pink books.

Marriott Residences, Grand Marina Saigon, Lake is part of a 10-hectare riverside masterplan that is poised to become a new riverside square.

It is home to branded residences, Grade A offices, a shopping mall, riverside parks, a marina, and direct access to Ba Son metro station. Grand Marina, Saigon is set to become the new iconic landmark in Ho Chi Minh City in terms of living, working, and playing. The value trajectory of the residences aligns with the milestones of the masterplan, for example the completion of Lotus Park, the topping-out of the Marina Central Tower, and the soon-to-operate metro line.

Marriott Residences, Grand Marina Saigon, Lake stands 46 floors high with over 400 units from one to three bedrooms and other amenities across three floors, which are managed and operated by Marriott hosts.

During the six months since the official opening, residents have moved into the building and enjoyed life at the branded residences, recognising the lifestyle advantages of Marriott Residences.

Going forward, Masterise Homes will continue to hand over the ownership certificates to other Marriott Residence owners.
