     * Dividend payment in cash 2023:
          - Exercise rate: 5%/share (shareholders receive VND500 for every 01 share they own)
          - Exercise date: 28/08/2024
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Finance - Accounting Department, Sai Gon - Dong Xuan Beer Alcohol Joint Stock Company (Area 7, Quang Minh town, Me Linh district, Hanoi city) on working days from 28/08/2024. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. The Company will pay dividends by bank transfer to shareholders who have registered accounts at the Company.
