Nobu Da Nang Residences, also the company’s first residences project in the Southeast Asian region, is in the central coastal city of Đà Nẵng.

The kickoff ceremony for Nobu Da Nang followed an event titled The Exceptional Meet & Greet with Nobu Hospitality Founders held in HCM City on June 18.

Nobu Hospitality Company has so far collaborated with Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE) to develop its two projects in Việt Nam - Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Ho Chi Minh and Nobu Da Nang Residences.

Positioned in the heart of HCM City’s historic District 1, Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Ho Chi Minh connects directly to the prominent landmarks, shopping, dining and entertainment complexes of the city.

The 40-story mixed-use complex, which is under construction, will encompass Class A office space and the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant.

The hotel, situated on the upper floors, will feature 135 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, a rooftop swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and the renowned Nobu restaurant on the seventh floor.

Nobu Da Nang Residences is set to open in 2026 while Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Ho Chi Minh will mark the brand’s 40th hotel globally when it is scheduled to open in the same year.
