NovaWorld Phan Thiet to enhance its allure with Novotel 5-star international hotel opening in 2025

NovaWorld Phan Thiet is gearing up to debut the Novotel 5-star international hotel in early 2025, further solidifying its position as a premier destination in southern Việt Nam.

Last week, Novaland Corporation and Hoa Binh Construction Group officially kicked off the completion of the Novotel hotel project at the first NovaWorld Phan Thiet project in Bình Thuận Province.

The Novotel hotel, built to international standards, is slated to welcome guests at the beginning of 2025. This addition, in conjunction with the array of well-equipped hotels and resorts already operational at NovaWorld Phan Thiet, along with the thousands of beachfront villas handed over to customers, aims to elevate the resort's accommodation offerings, catering to millions of domestic and international tourists seeking vacation, leisure, and entertainment experiences.

The Novotel hotel project at NovaWorld Phan Thiet marks a significant step towards enriching the landscape of upscale lodging in the area.

The distinctive Santorini architectural style of Greece will grace this 10-floor hotel, spanning 27,000 square meters and housing 250 luxurious rooms complete with modern amenities like restaurants, a swimming pool, a gym, and meeting facilities, making it an ideal venue for hosting MICE groups from both local and global organisations.

To further establish NovaWorld Phan Thiet as a leading destination, the property continues to invest in constructing new facilities to cater to the diverse needs of tourists while delivering premium residential projects for residents.

These endeavors have successfully drawn millions of tourists for leisure, entertainment, and recreation, contributing significantly to the 3.7 million visitors welcomed in Bình Thuận in the first five months of 2024.

The site is set to feature a plethora of recreational options, such as the Wonder Hill, Dino Park, "Little Africa" Safari Café, Wonderland Water Park, Circus Land Park, and more, offering an extensive range of experiences for visitors. Moreover, a variety of unique beachfront restaurants and cafes, including Vietnam House Rice Pot and Pinky Garden, complemented by Asian-European style dining establishments, provide a diverse culinary landscape for guests to indulge in.

In addition to unveiling new attractions and amenities to enhance the guest experience, NovaWorld Phan Thiet remains focused on finalising residential projects for handover to residents. Villa areas like Florida, Wonderland Resort, and K-Town Resort have emerged as favoured destinations for tourists due to their luxurious design and generous layouts, catering to families and groups of friends seeking a premium vacation experience.

NovaWorld Phan Thiet, conveniently located just a 1.5-hour drive from HCM City, boasts a unique Stay-Play-Eat ecosystem that not only positions it as an ideal holiday getaway but also presents lucrative business opportunities for villa owners. The completion of expressway infrastructure has amplified tourist inflow from various regions to Phan Thiết, particularly during the summer, heightening the appeal of the beachside villas at NovaWorld Phan Thiet and yielding substantial profits for owners.
