               + For undeposited shares: head office of Vinh Phuc water supply joint stock company (Address: No. 220 Tran Phu, Phuc Thang Ward, Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province) on working days from 24/06/2024. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
