          - Exercise rate: 6.48%/share (shareholders receive VND 648 for every share they own)
          - Exercise date: 06/02/2024
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Accounting department of DongThap Building Materials & Construction Joint Stock Company (No. 03 Ton Duc Thang, Ward 1, City. Cao Lanh, Dong Thap province) on working days from 06/02/2024. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
